Mid-Year Presidents Meeting

All Club Presidents, Presidents-Elect, Assistant Governors and District Officers are invited to attend the 2008-2009 Mid-Year Club Presidents Information and Fellowship Assembly to be held on Saturday, January 10, 2009 at the Holiday Inn Express hotel in Breezewood, PA.

This will be an opportunity for us to get together as a group to discuss various topics concerning your club, our district and Rotary International.  I encourage all to attend not only for the exchange of information but also for the fellowship that is such an important part of Rotary.

Registration:     8:30am – 9:00am

Assembly:          9:00am – 12:30pm

Lunch:                12:30pm - ???

The cost per person is $12.00 and includes pre-meeting continental break (coffee, hot tea, juice and assorted Danish) and lunch (sandwiches, salad, chips/pretzels, desert and beverages).
