ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1.
  1. Individual premium features cost $156/year (billed annually).  If the club wants all three modules, then the  entire package is $349/year.  If they want to use the system for their own standard club web site, there is a one-time set up fee of $197 for the web site.
  2. The premium features available to clubs, available as individual items or as a package of all 3 features include:
    1. Weekly Attendance entry / maintenance - with this system you record each week’s attendance, make ups, excused absences, set up members who are on extended Leaves of Absence and at the end of the month one-click is all that’s needed to submit monthly attendance to district. ( download a flyer with more information about the Weekly Attendance Premium feature.)
    2. DUES / Invoicing – this system links attendance and billing so if you charge for meals, missed meals, credits for certain types of excused absences etc, the system will handle these situations. ( download a flyer on the Dues / Invoicing Premium feature)
    3. Links to feed your own Club web site using your own domain name (ie. www.FairfieldBayRotary.org).  Or, use our standard club web site template for just a one-time setup fee. Visit the www.Rotary-Clubs.org web site for more information about this Premium Feature.
2.

A club can publish it's bulletin (see bottom of Section 1 of My CLUB in the database) , as a PDF file. Each club has a 100mb file storage space on the database server. Upload the bulletin file, then send a PMAIL #15 to club members with the LINK to the file.

3.

The club Secretary (or other club officer) has to edit the member's record and enter a new username (it can be anything - it doesn't have to be their email address) and password (it can be their member ID number or anything else). Then the member can log into the system.

Once a member has access to the system they can edit their own username and password to be anything they want.
